Our mission within innovation is to put a little "bite" of wonder and unexpected-ness back into the everyday by championing originality and being deliciously creative!

We do this by living and breathing our consumers and harnessing our passion, love and curiosity for food by uncovering cutting edge trends, so we can identify initial insights that inform and inspire us.

These insights are then used to stimulate our creative thinking process, whereby we use the collective knowledge and expertise of our team and supply base to generate fresh original ideas. We then work to refine and develop these ideas to ensure they meet our consumers' needs, have a clear benefit and that we can launch them onto the supermarket shelves.
